I had the pleasure of speaking to the tweens and teens in the Chris Lee Camp at the C. Waldo Scott Center for H.O.P.E. in Newport News, Virginia. They were a very quiet group but maybe because it was early. The goal was to make them aware of the signs of an abusive relationship. In order to break the cycle we have to give them the information. I think they were listening ;)
I am looking forward to speaking with them again.
